Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
1 Unused and in their original condition
2 In original packaging
3 Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once approved, we’ll provide clear instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used supplements.
However, if you’re not satisfied with your experience, please reach out — we’re committed to working with you to find a solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly and make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@v-iotic.com.
